Our Privacy Approach
Straight Stream Labs built Fireground Scenario Trainer as a paid, self-contained training application. We do not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose personal information.
Information Stored on Your Device
The app stores training progress, accuracy, streak information, and whether the introductory instructions have been viewed locally on your device. This information is not sent to Straight Stream Labs or to another company. Removing the app or clearing its storage may remove this locally saved information.
Device-Local Storage
All scenario completion counts, streak records, and earned milestone cards remain isolated inside your device's local application sandbox. No external telemetry server or cloud database is connected.
Optional Progress Sharing
You may choose to use the app's Share My Progress feature. When you do, the app creates a shareable image that can include your training milestones, accuracy snapshot, and best streak, along with Fireground Scenario Trainer branding. You choose whether to share it and which installed app or service receives it. Straight Stream Labs does not receive a copy. The privacy practices of the destination you select apply to anything you share there.
No Accounts or Analytics
The app does not require an account and does not use advertising, analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting services.
No In-App Purchases
Fireground Scenario Trainer does not offer subscriptions, in-app purchases, or paid access tiers inside the app.
External Links and Platform Services
The app may provide a link to the Straight Stream Labs website. Google Play and the user's device may independently process data under their own policies when downloading, purchasing, updating, or operating the app. Straight Stream Labs does not control those platform practices.
Children's Privacy
Fireground Scenario Trainer is intended for adult firefighters and other adult public-safety professionals. It is not directed to children, and the app does not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy if the app's features or privacy practices change. The effective date above will be revised when a new version is published.
